Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. They each have its own bathroom, provide space and privacy for four guests. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed sleeps two more (ideal for children). In the double bedroom you will also find a small desk.

The apartment is fitted with air conditioning that both cools and heats — comfortable in every season. Every room has a fan — our sustainable alternative for the air conditioning.

A Smart TV is there for cosy evenings in, Free WiFi covers the whole apartment, including a wired connection (living room and master bedroom) for extra stability for our workation guests.

Balcony — fitted with sun and wind screens, this is a lovely spot for outdoor dining at the table and chairs, with a snug seating corner for watching the sunset in the evening.

Roof terrace — a private suntrap you can enjoy all day long. Relax on the lounge sofa in the shade of the pergola, soak up the sun on the two sunbeds, or cool off under the outdoor shower. An electric grill is found in the worktop — so those freshly grilled bites can be enjoyed in comfort, while enjoying the sunset.

Both the apartment and the roof terrace can be reached by stairs and lift. The apartment itself is entirely step-free, making it very suitable for guests who are less mobile.

The underground garage beneath the building is also accessible by lift, and here you’ll find your own private parking space — keeping your hire car (strongly recommended!) deliciously cool, whatever the weather. If necessary, there’s always free parking in the streets.
