2. What data we collect Via the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message. We only use this data to answer your enquiry.

3. Booking data When you make a reservation, we process your name, contact details, arrival/departure dates and payment-related information, as required to fulfil the rental agreement and comply with Spanish tourist registration obligations (Registro de Viajeros).

4. How long we keep it Contact messages are deleted no later than one year after answering. Booking data is kept for as long as legally required.

5. Sharing with third parties We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where necessary for handling you enquiry or booking or where legally obliged. Details you submit through the form on this website may be shared with our property manager Flamingo Holidays, who handles key handover, cleaning and guest support on site, solely for these purposes Embedded services such as Google Maps may collect technical data (such as IP address).

7. Your rights You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to its use. Simply contact us via the form and we will take care of it promptly.

8. Security Your data is stored securely and treated confidentially. This website uses an SSL connection (https).
